Utopian Enterprise will initially conduct a pre screening process to determine which 501c3 application needs to be submitted (there are two). Upon completion of the pre screening process, full application is then completed and submitted. A thorough explanation is provided on the difference with each application and the wait time once an application is submitted. Our fee does NOT include the IRS’s fee for submitting a tax exempt application, which is determined by the application needed for submission.
